I purchased one item from ebay on 22nd July 2015. On 25th July 2015, I visited my bank HDFC website and realized that I have been charged twice in my credit card. I called my bank and the customer service told me that I need to contact ebay and they can just reject the faulty transaction.
I contacted ebay 3 times after that and each time they just said that this has been escalated and within 48 hours I will get update. But there are no response afterwards. When I contacted ebay again through chat , the customer service told me to talk to my bank and then became unresponsive.
Both of my credit card transaction has been converted to EMI as I selected during my purchase and I need to pay the EMI for something which I have not bought.
