Charging GST over MRP

I bought few eatables from a nearby shop. The shop has the ongoing offer for buy one get one free on cold drinks. So I brought one. The total amount was of 434/-. 85 is to be subtracted as of the amount for the free cold drink. That makes is 434-85= 349, and the amount he asked me to pay is 421/- when I noticed the billing it turned out to he added cgst@6 sgst@6 cgst@9 sgst@9 cgst@14 sgst@14 cess@12.
