Have ordered for M2S Smart Bluetooth 4.2 wrist band Bracelet Heart rate Monitor 0.86″ OLED watch on 9th of Oct vide order NO.3941132266 Rupees 2539/- was the amount Was promised a delivery within 10 days Got the product delivered by Paytm today the 24/10/2017 after nearly 15 days The product sent to me was not the ordered quality item but a cheap chinese product with no brand name When I tried to raise the issue I was directed to contact helpline no.01133776677 On several attempts to get in touch with customer service went in vain It welcomes and become silent for few minutes Line gets disconnected stating that no button was pressed by the user. Paytm neither honours the commitment to seller not willing to listen/take down the customer complaint RR Impex is the seller Have come to the concusion that Paytm cheats its users Dont ever order product thro Paytm
