I had ordered an apple Iphone 5S from Quikr and opted to exchange my mobile Samsung Grand. Below was the main Term and condition regarding mobile….
“The old mobile that you want to exchange should be able to make and recieve calls and should be in working condition. Along with the old phone, you will have to provide original charger and data cable.”
The Executive who came to deliver the phone “Mr Fxxxd Kxxxxxn” asked to show the mobile. The Mobile was in a good and working condition. It just had a 0.5 cm scratch on the right top corner on the body. He told that the mobile is damaged and cannot be exchanged, And hence cancelling the order.
Its almost 2 Days that i have made a complaint to Quikr, but no one has replied me yet..
I have paid the money but no product in hand. No one has cancelled the order.. Online it shows status as “Dispatched…”
So i want to launch a complaint for taking the orders and not delivering them. They just hold our maney and fool people.
