Cheated by Uber driver

I took a ride from thane to khar road with uber driver name axxxl on 30.04.2017 at 11.45 am. I paid through paytm by driver declined the receipt of money through paytm and collected cash Rs.394. Later I got the message from paytm payment made to uber. then i contacted axxxl for refund of money. I have complained uber for the same also. But uber has failed to acknowledge my complain.
