I am customer of ICICI bank branch mayur vihar phase -2, Delhi my problem is i have issue a cheque to hdfc bank for my credit card payment but in icici bank some fund was shortfall so i did submit some amt in my account in the morning 11.00 am because cheque clearing timing is 12:30 but bank had not be credit my amount into account for cheque clearing after preseting cheque my cheque had been bounce due to non amount credit to my account istead i had many time call and remember to icici executive also confirm that any cheque hints on my account that day but they denied me. dut to that situation i have lost my hug amount in charges and my credit card limit enhancement also had been cancle due to cheque performance.

now i have wrtten many time to icici bank executive and customer care but my problem is not yet resolved. I want bank my charges / taken from icici which is effort by me without any mistakes.
