My wallet was having balance 10000/- rs. I have done 2 transaction of withdrawal of 5000 rs each on 24th November 2017. As per their norms single transaction should not be more than 3000/-. In that case actual transaction should be declined and wallet balance should not be deducted.
But money from wallet is deducted on 24th November 2017. I have received message from citrus pay on 27th November 2017 that transaction was declined and money will be refunded within 8-10 working days. Even after multiple complaints still on 13th December 2017. I have not received refund.
