Claim not settled by One Assist

I concern you that comy. reject the claim against the credit card fraud transection as I am resister for card wallet protection . after fraud we complain as per instruction fill the claim form and send to related person. after 60 days maximun peroid over they told by phone asking that claim has beeb reject. I request yoy that please take necessary steps against such fraud comp. if necessary I shall send all relative document thanks.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
