Claim regarding non-receipt of refund from Snapdeal

Sir/Madam, I ordered “Smart shelter super Heavy Duty Front Loading Washing machine Trolley (24×18 inches)” Product Cost is Rs.1056/- in the Snapdeal Online shopping on 25 th January, 2016. Payment mode is COD. But the Snapdeal not delivered that Actual Order. They delivered “Smart Shelter Universal Top Loading washing machine/grain container/aire cooler Trolley” which is the cost is Rs.748/- and the size also very small. 16×18 inches only. I returned the Item for replacement, again they sent me the same wrong dispatched product of top Loading Trolley. Again return the product and inform to the Customer Care of the snapdeal This is not my Ordered product. Please send me correct product” said like that. But again they sent the same Wrong dispatched product third time too. Finally applied the Claim of Refund to the snapdeal via my bank Account on 14 th February, 2016. But till today My Refund is not credited to my bank. I made several complaint to the Snapdeal customer care. They simply register the complaint and allotting the time for 48 hours. After 48 hrs the Customer Care people call to me and giving assurance for my refund payment. This is regularly doing this process but no result. I don’t know why making delay of my refund. Other shopping cart is giving credit one day. But these people taking 12 days and more. No refund is credited. In the snapdeal refund time delay only 7 to 10 days. After 10 days crossed still they are not giving my refund.

Product also not delivered. Refund also not given. More frustration given to me. Why don’t I file against this shopping cart for my frustration and delay caused. Crrores and croes turn over making shopping cart why making the delay of my refund?

My First Order ID of the Proudct is 11335230776. 25.01.2016.My Third order ID 11635257527. Placed on 8 th february.

    Yesterday snapdeal CC person spoke to me and ask me to report freecharge CC. And given Two nos. 022 28293100, 022 40363031 for making complaint.. I thing These two nos are not toll free nos. Even though I tried but unable to contact. And given email Id, So that I made a complaint to that both email Id’s regarding this non-receipt of refund. They had replied me with the ticket no,3182244,and consist of this message “one of our agent will be in touch with you shortly”. But no one contact me from the freecharge till now. This message came on yesterday 28.02.2016.
