Cleartrip not providing Delhi UDF received from airlines

Airlines (Spicejet & GoAir) have refunded Delhi UDF to original payment account which is cleartrip in my case but Cleartrip is denying refund back to me (proof attached). I have spoken to customer care, written mail, provided proof but they are in denial mode.

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. She posted her complaint with ICF on 28-04-2020 and ICF took the matter up with OYO. After several follow-ups and guidance to the customer, Ms. Singh got her refund back on 29/5. Gurugram, Haryana

Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Though the 3rd baggage was free for students on British Airways, he was charged Rs.10,000/- @ 5000 Rs per ticket. He raised a complaint with Makemytrip but it was not resolved even after 45 days. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Refund from sports365.in – Rs.151/-: Mr. Sujeesh Paul, of Karakunnam, Puthupadi P.O., Muvattupuzha, Kerala (sujeeshgeorgepaul[@]hotmail.com) placed an order for a Quechua RAINCUT ZIP JACKET JUNIOR on 13th June, 2014 with sports365.in. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Refund from Slocum Management – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Ritesh Kumar of Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (ritesh.keshwathkar[at]gmail.com) paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- against an advance of Rs.20,000/- to Slocum Management Consultancy for YEP. MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com.
