Club Factory order not delivered by Gati Couriers

I had made an order 26 oct 2017 at club factory online shopping site nd i already paid amount for order so they made a delivery through gatti couriers but till date i doesnt receive my courier nd i called them many times but they always made excuses for the delay so please help me regarding my issue nd take some action against gatti courier cpmpany.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
