Please help me to either get my yureka mobile phone repaired or replaced. If Yureka team is not able to provide support to the users please refund my money. I’ve placed an order on AMAZON (Amazon Order# 404-5754015-1309942) for yureka phone on 12th March, 2015 and it was delivered to me via courier on 16th March, 2015.

Phone was functional till 30th MArch, 2015 only; after that it start causing troubles with issues like hang, data deletion etc. And things went from worse to worst when battery stops getting charged. I’ve tried resetting the whole phone, replaced the charger but all in vain.
I’ve tried reaching the contact to the number provieded on i.e. 1860–212-2122 also I’ve sent some mails to but didn’t get any response yet.
My last and only hope stays with Consumer forum, please help me to get out of it.
