Complain against delayed service of Panasonic waxing machine kit

The job number for my service is 13CD(I)CA048, have deposited my waxing machine product number of which is ES2027 as one of the blades got damaged. This has been done on 13th of May 2013 at Charchco Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd. Since then I have been calling them repeatedly to know the status, however there had been no prompt answer from the service center. The only relevant answer from them is that the blade is not yet delivered from the HO. I have tried to reach the HO but that proved to be completely vain. Its been 3 months and I have not received it as yet. This is not expected or exceptable from a brand like Panasonic. I am not sure how much this will help either. Awaiting for your attention on this matter. Hope you will reply me soon.
