I have raised request for potinh my current idea sim to vodafone on 31st march & on same day i paid my bill also. Later on 4th april idea is telling that your request is rejected due to outstanding amount. When i call idea customer care they are saying that create new request it will not get rejected & i asked about reason of request rejection then they are telling outstanding amount. When i asked how much it is then they are saying noe it is clear. Please suggest.
