Complaint about Naaptol services

My parents who are senior citizens ordered a set of 6 sarees worth Rs. 2892, after watching the ad on the Television. While ordrering the sarees she confirmed twice with the Customer care guy about what happens if she isnt satisfied with the prodcut to which the customer care executive replied that the company would take the product without questioning and will refund the money.

So when we recieved the product we checked the sarees and we didnt like it due to poor quality. Also it wasnt as fascinating and appealing as it is showed on the TV. We immediately called the customer service guys and asked them to arrange a reverse pick up after arguing for 20 mins the lady agreed and said we will arrange a reverse pick in 4-5 working days, this happened on June 17 or 18th i believe. No one ever came at my place for the reverese pick up. I tried calling back again and as soon as I used to give the complain number they used to keep me on hold and then either i have to disconnect due to long hold or it used to get disconnected automatically. After several callings finally I managed to talk to someone who was very rude and adamant with poor communcaition and customer handling skills. So after the argument again he promised that he would arrange for a reverse pick up.. after several followups till date no one has come for the reverse pick and ofcourse i havent got my money back..

I would really appreciate if you can help me on this. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unethical.
