Complaint about refund from Snapdeal

I ordered Jeans from (Order No: 7935456578) on 16th August throught my Rupay Debit card, but the order was cancelled by snapdeal due to unavailable stock, according to their refund policy, the customer will get the refund amount within 15 days but it’s more than a month that I haven’t received my refund amount, every time I call them they give an excuse and nothing happened after that, please look at this matter and take strict actions against them.

    I purchased this power adapter from Snapdeal and just after the 7 days it stopped working.
    I went to the orginal seller and he kept the power adapter for more than a month and after that he tells he it cannot be replated. I want my money back and snapdeal says there is only 7 days warranty. Jagjot
