Complaint against 24x7fresh for non-delivery

I have ordered for daily milk subscription from website on January 2016. I have not received the ordered item till today (even after 6 months!). I have been following up them through email, phone and facebook messenger from day 1 on wards. After 2 months of my order they said they will refund the amount. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. They have also removed my account from their website and I am not able to login to their website now. I have paid Rs. 1539 for the order no 200001352. Please help to get my money back. Thank you
