I am customer of ACT fibernet ( Beam ) since past one year. recently 15 days back I requested for shifting internet connection ( 101003058555, 10120874481) on 29th Feb 2016, and it was not done till 5th March and I registered a ticket to close my connection ( 10120880432 ).
I have paid amount 1660.0 Rs for whole March Month, and as shifting of connection is not done I have gone with another provider.
I called up 2 times in last two weeks and asked them for status of closing connection.
Pls close connection immediatly and process for refund.
