I have ordered a sandisk 16gb pen drive & essot powerhorsez 2600mAH power bank on 6th October 2014. Item was shipped on 7th oct & estimated date of delivery was 11th oct 2014. Till now I have not received my order. Tried to contact Amazon.in numerous time but in vain. When in customer care i requested today morning to cancel this order & refund my money, they are saying money refund process could only be initiated only after we received the item in good condition.

My concern is while i have not received the purchaged item in my hand till now then why i have to wait for another 15 days.

Requesting you to please look into it. This is the worst e-commerce site i have ever gone through.

    Yes, I am agree with you.
    I ordered a phone on 26th Jan, I tracked my package in was arrived on 30th Jan. on 6 AM in my city Ahmedabad,
    I had to gift the phone on birthday on 1st FEB also the delivery date was displayed 1st FEB. I requested amazon customer care to deliver the package at noon time of 1st FEB and they also committed to deliver it on my requested time.
    I waited for whole day till night 8:00 Pm to office but it was not delivered to me. They spoil some one’s celebration without gift.

    I also requested them to deliver next day 2nd FEB(Today), it is 3:00 Pm but the order is not delivered.

    This is the way they guys server the customers… such a harassing service. Amazon can not handle it’s own courier service and courier persons to deliver orders on time.

    I haven’t seen such a worst service.
