I am Sudipta Dey, I had placed an order of Canon EOS 1100D 12.2 MP Digital SLR Camera (Black) with EF-S 18-55 IS II Lens, 8GB SD Card and Camera Bag(Order# 402-5663341-4672319) on 08/05/2014 from Amazon. Tracking No is :536047390 in Gati courier Service. Last deliver date of the product is Saturday 17 May 2014 . But today is 22.05.2014 & till now i have not received my order. Please look at this matter.

    With reference the Order # 402-2126840-8601168

    I got a response from your end on 1st sep 2016 that “your order has been cancelled
    because the payment couldn’t be completed. You haven’t been charged for the
    cancelled items. ”
    After spoke with the concern bank on 9th Sept 2016 against the complain no
    SR430850362 come to know that bank has been paid the amount Rs 1000 to
    Amazon against the reference no GIC24720970516. Payment has been
    successfully from Bank end towards Amazon. But concern is that neither I get the product against the order number nor I get back my amount in my
    While I am asking to concern ICICI bank the customer care telling ”
    We inform you that with reference to the service request number SR430850362 and as confirmed by merchant, txn id GIC24720970516 has been successfully updated at merchants end. For refund, please contact to the merchant.”

    While I am addressing the same to Amazon they are telling that “Till we have not received any amount…it was already escalated and following up with this issue and asked the customer to wait till 4-5 business days.” It’s already 1 month crossed.
    Please suggest how could I get back the amount?
