I have ordered a mobile phone ‘MI4I’ on 14 October, 2015 from www.amozon.in. They have a diwali offer that time of 15% cashback on shopping of above 5000rs. on app on paying through HDFC bank debit or crefit card. My order worth Rs. 10000, according to that my cashbach is 1500rs. that should be refunded by 1 January,2016. But till now i have not got the cashback in my account. I have been calling amazon’s custumer care for 2 month. They a new excuse every time. I have talked to their seniors, one of them is Miss Yxxxxi.

First of all they said that cashback will be paid to you by 17January,2016 sorry for yhe delay but wait till 17th.
Then i called after 17th, then they said there is some problem with your order as we are seeing, you paid through net banking and the was only for debit or credit card payments only. They ask me to send my bank account’s statement to their mail address and i sent it. Then after one week called back to them, then they said that there’s no issue from us, contact the bank for your cashbach we have sent the cashback already. Then i confirmed it bank also. There is still no cashback. Then i again called them they said wait for 2-3 weeks we will be back to you. I have been waiting it for 2 months and they are not giving me a satisfactory reply. Please take some suitable action as soon as possible.
