I have Ordered Sony 100000 Mah Power Bank From Askme bazaar.com (Order No: AB2798565) on 7 May 2015 which I receive on 12 May 2015 instead of sending me Sony 100000 Mah Power Bank they have send me the MI Power Bank Some Chinese Product ( Which was also tempered and not working as well) The description mentioned on package is Sony 100000 Mah Power Bank in Product details ( see in attached proof) but inside it is some Chinese Product after that I immediately call Askmebazaar.com customer support for replacement & they told me that according to our company policy we don’t replace the product. You tell us your full bank details on phone only and we pick the product and refund the amount ( but how can anyone tell his full bank details on phone) when i ask them to send me the email regarding that then i send you my bank details to your registered email then they say we don’t have any email id you have to tell the details on phone only.

Companies Like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon and many more have send emails to their customers and have very easy method of return / replace but Askmebazaar is such a ridiculous site. Please Help me to get the matter resloved.
