Complaint against askmebazaar regarding refund

hi……my order no with askme bazaar was AB. I paid them 300/- online. They delivered wrong product and collected COD charges of 300/- again. I placed the order in the month of June 2015. Reverse pick-up of product was done in July 2015…it’s been more than 3 months I am calling at customer care again and again. They refunded 300/- which I get in my account on 7th Sep. I am calling at their CC no every week but there is status for my another 300/-. They always put me on hold and do not resume call again. I call them again & again I have to hold ….they simply do not resume calls. It is a mental harassment from last 3 months.
