Complaint against Askmegrocery for non-delivery

I ordered some grocery products from on 22nd Mar 2016 around 7.00pm. As they promise to deliver the products within 4-6 hours of order confirmation. But next day that is 23rd mar 2016 they had a holiday, so I was supposed to receive it day after the next day on 24th mar 2016. On 24th mar 2016 around 8 pm when I didnt receive the delivery I called their customer support number 04444444444, an agent took my complaint and assured me that I will receive a call from the concerned dept in an hour. That day passed and I havent received any call. The following day on 25th mar 2016 I again call the customer support around 11.30 am and I was told the same thing, that I will receive a call in an hour from the concerned dept. But didnt. I called again around 3 pm. Repeatedly the other agent gave the same message as the previous agent said. Then in the evening around 5.30pm I created a support ticket on their website with ticket no. #6692. But no response yet. When I open to check the status the only update I see that assigned to concerned dept. So now it is really frustrating as I had already made the payment and still waiting for the products to be delivered.
