Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com:
Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji.
Non-delivery by industrybuying.com – Rs.1,833/-: Mr. Ankur Saraf of Indore, Madhya Pradesh ordered Sony Headphones MDR450AP from the site industrybuying.com on 16-08-2015. Since then the company did not provide any kind of confirmation regarding Shipping or Delivery details either on cellphone or on mails. The company was not responding. Mr. Saraf posted his complaint with ICF on 18-08-2015 and the same was taken up with the Company and Mr. Saraf got the product by 26-08-2015.

Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-:
Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (email@example.com) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Mr. Sharma posted his complaint with ICF on 12-08-2014 and finally got his claim settled by 04-09-2014.

Mr. Ashish Saxena of Indore (Email: monikaakskwr(at)gmail.com) had taken Hospital cash Insurance from Royal Sundaram for him and his wife. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital. Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application:
Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue.

LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque:
Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013.
