I have ordered for a MI or Samsung Power Bank 20400mAH on March 17th 2016. I have a product and paid cash of rs.748/-. When i have opened and checked the item i found it was faulty. that’s not charging for even single time. From that time i have mailed them so many times (email@example.com) but no response from them, even tried reaching customer care no +91-8010001133 its connecting to IVR saying that “Please wait while we transfer your call” and disconnecting. I strongly feel this is fake website and want my hardened money back ASAP. Kindly help me get back my money.
