Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

Mr. SANDEEP MURUDKAR, MUMBAI 400094, MAHARASHTRA was offered freebies and two week holidays against a sum of Rs.19,294/-. The sum was deducted from his credit card account 25-11-2012. A further sum of Rs.11,255/- was deducted without the consent of Mr. Murudkar. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account:
Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. ICF took up the matter with Kotak Mahindra and the matter was finally resolved. Kotak Mahindra confirmed refunding the debited amount.

Arnab Sengupta, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka (Email: dream_arnab[at]yahoo.com) posted a complaint on 14-06-2013 against Shriram Transport’s representatives/agents with regard to renewing his mother’s debentures. Due to the irresponsible act and inefficiency of the agents there was a delay of two months in renewing the debentures. The complaint was taken up with Shriram Transport and was finally resolved on or about 20-06-2013.

Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues:
