Complaint against cable operator

This is regarding the cable operator service and set top box related complaint. I have bought set top box on February 2016 and all docs submitted at same time….since then set top box was on till march 2016.. Post one month suddenly cable operator stopped d services on 15th march and after lots of follow up with cable operator he confirmed that services have been discontiniewed due to non submission of document which were already submitted by us…..we again submitted the document 3 days back but he is not responding and making argument…..we called set top box customer care nd they confirmed no registration till date with my name …..which is very strange as we already availed services for one month….don’t know what is happening at cable operators place which bid finally impacting d consumer like us…request you to please look into this

    In talcher cabletv there is a lot of problem face customers in our locality that is manikamara in a week if 3 days customer see tv and other 4 days they can’t see tv because so many problem by cable operator.

    I’m S. Manikandan from Devakottai, sivagangai district, tamil Nadu. In my area only one cable operator available to service. But unfortunately he was fully fet with money..

    He asks 1500rupees for new connections.. But the people’s having no way because he is only the cable operator in my town..

    He abused rate of pay at every month with poor quality of service and less channels..

    I Hope this message lead to good cable service with lesser money.

    Our cable operator is not responding our problem. He always ignore us. We are unable to see TV since one month. Because there is always messege is no signal. We are at Osmanabad City Operator Name: Shree Swami samarth Cable oprator

    Dear Sir,

    Initially i bought HD set up box from Cable operator of Rs. 3200/-.This HD Set up box worked only for two months.When i complaint about this faulty HD set up box, my cable operator gave me normal set up box,stating that he will repaired HD set up box free of charge .But till date he did not gave that HD set up box.Now my normal set up box is also out of order .He ask me to pay Rs. 1000/- for repairing HD set up box or Rs. 400/- for repairing normal set up box.I complaint regarding the same to our nodal cable service provider i.e UCN (Universal Cable Network,Nagpur) but nobody has resolve my complaint yet.We are fade up with the service given by our local cable operator.

    I live in old alwal,Hyderabad.In my area TV operator doesn’t even respond to our problem and we couldn’t watch TV since three weeks.when we on the TV ‘no signal’ is please respond to my request.thank you so much

    I am a resident of Pune. My cable operator is ICC networ and there customre care no. is 66094444. The are charging for all the channels. when I visited there store for plan change they said they don’t have ALA Card, i.e. i cant chose channel which i want to see and have to pay for all the channels. They also mentioned that government has no such rule as pay for only those channels which I want to see. Please help me.
