Complaint against cable operator

I have a cable connection of SITI cable today In the morning connection was not working properly I have call in customer care they says connection is deactivated than I call to local cable operater he says I will do this in 15-20min but after 6 hours problem is not solve and this problem comes any when I take connection not do a parmanet solution now I want to claim from him last one year and I want my payment those I give in advance.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
