Complaint against cable tv operator

I am complaining against cable operators in jannaram mandal, before installing setup box they said that we can not watch all the channels without setup box. So we had installed the set top box and for last 1 year we are not getting our dish properly.we have made our payment of 2400 rupees and 2200 for installation of set top box but our local cables operators not providing quality service. As we contacted them many time there was no response..I don’t know whom to complain so I am posting my complaint here.thankyou..

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
