Complaint against cheapticket regarding refund

I made a booking on on the 7th of April for an Emirates Kolkata-Paris-Kolkata round trip. After payment of Rs. 42,004 using my debit card, the website mentioned that the processing will start soon and tickets will be received in a few hours. As my plans had changed, I immediately called the call center and asked them to stop the processing and not go ahead with the booking. I was told to write an email and the money would be fully refunded. I followed their instruction and wrote and email. They replied saying the money will be refunded in 5-7 working days. Until now I have not received my money! I wrote back to them on the 15th of April about the refund and they mentioned that due to a bank holiday I did not receive the payment and that it would take 4-5 more working days to effect the payment. On the 21st of April, I wrote to them again and in response they sent a screenshot of some “voided” bank transaction and asked me to contact my bank for the same. The screen shot is not at all readable. Moreover, the transaction is claimed to have been done on 15th and they did not bother to inform me earlier regarding the same. They are only harassing me over this refund. Kindly look into this.

PS: I was unable to use the “Post Complaints” link. I also have some documents I would like to upload in support of my complaint.
