Complaint against Cleartrip regarding false hotel booking

I made a booking for Ace Residency Hotel in Mumbai from 7th till 9th July 2015 using Now when i reached Hotel and showed the confirmation receipt, i was told they have not confirmed to the Cleartrip and your booking is not done. I dont know why cleartrip confirmed this when this was not confirmed by the hotel itself. Also I was told that Hotel did not receive any payment from the ClearTrip.

I called CleartTrip many times, but every time i got the same reply that they are checking with the hotel. Finally i had to pay the whole amount 3600 INR while leaving hotel.

After that i am just following up for the refund, and i get same reply, they are checking with the concerned department. ClearTrip Booking ID: 1507067528

    ICF has done a great job. the refund which was not even initiated from 3 weeks..after ICF intervention was sent to me within 2 hours. Great Job. Many Thanks!!
