Complaint against Connect broadband service

Having connection of Connect with monthly plan of rs 580 which was suddenly increases without info in Dec bill. Requested on customer complain and they replied will adjusted in next bill so i paid rest amount but suddenly my services barred due to non payment of diff amount which they have o adjust in next bill. But in next amount not adjusted and services are on hold. now connect will charge monthly rental for the month where services are barred. asper connect non payment as per me wrong amount charged so payed diff amount. committed for adjusted in next month billing not executed and after a blunder s they harassing me by baring services.
