Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application:
Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue.

Furniture not delivered by Housefull International – Rs.18,190/-:
Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. She posted her complaint with ICF on 25-02-2013 and the matter was taken up with Housefull. Finally, Ms. Mukherjee got her money back by 16-04-2013.

Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. She posted her complaint with ICF on 04-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with Havells. Her issue got resolved on 07-03-2015.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-:
Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. ICF pursued the claim with MakeMyTrip and after email exchanges by Mr. Thiyagarajan the short paid amount was refunded on 08-04-2010.
