I m the user of den cable servic. Our cable opretor not start chanal like sport and star utsav and alrady receved payment. many time i call him but he want extra charge and he does not resolved my complaint .plese help me .he saying to me i have not form but i allrady fill the form but he say you again fill the form .last one month he says to me i have no form .day by day he say to me new issues.and my chanel not started plz help me.
