Complaint against DTDC for delay in delivery

One important document was posted through DTDC, Rangia Branch, Assam on 16/07/2018 to Axis Bank Ltd, Powai Mumbai-400072. But consignment is still not delivered to the destination and today is 24/07/2018, it’s 9 days. Due to not delivered on stipulated time we have incurred loss of Rs.1 crore .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
