Complaint against DTDC for delay in delivery

Courier not delivered it has been more then 13days. Value: 1500. My delar booked parcel(dtdc chhindwara branch) at 14th march and destination is rishikesh. Courier reached at delhi at 16march but not showing any other updates and also courier not delivered. It has been more then 13 days. My customer not get his parcel. dtdc not giving proper reply and not showing my parcel status.i want my parcel or my money back. consignment no = M63042952 still missing this parcel.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
