I tried booking air tickets from Goa to Delhi for 25th October 2015 for seven people using easygotrip.com website. I was offered a fare of Rs 39333 which I decided to go ahead with. I made the payment using my Citibank Credit card and I got a confirmation from the merchant that my booking is confirmed and I will be given my PNR number for the booking in sometime. But after sometime I got a mail from easygotrip.com saying that my booking has been rejected due to unavailability. The booking reference number was ET65115. I immediately replied to them asking for my refund status but they issued a rejection code stating that I can use this for nect 1 year for any bookings. I again wrote back to them that I do not require any rejection code and kindly refund back my money. I wrote several mails to them but I never got any reply from them for the refund. I even tried contacting them on their call center number but didn’t received any response. I have been calling their call center number regularly and also putting them mails but there has been no response. They have not even replied back to a single mail. Request you to please help me out in getting back my refund of Rs 39333.

  1. After necessary deduction of cancellation chage of Rs1800/- ,the balance amount of Rs3514/-not being refunted to my account after repeated requests.
