Complaint against Ebay for non-delivery

I have purchased 2 products from and those are delivered by ebay seller via on 19th Dec, 2016 and on their tracking site, it is showing me delivered on 22nd Dec, 2016 7:11 pm. But I haven’t received this product, so I checked with ebay and via email. Here I am also attaching email conversation between me and

On my first email of 23rd Dec, 2016, they have update me that, we will send you POD within 24 hours but they didn’t sent, I did around 7 mails after that for “waiting for POD” and around 4-5 calls to them, everytime, they are saying on call that, we will send you update today / within 24 hours etc. There is no single email response for same after many mails.

Can you please help me in this ASAP.

    I ordered product sonata watch from ebay and paid amount (Rs-601) by freecharge wallet at 23dec 2016. the transaction id is HFRW4995149192_11. but i did not get my product with in working days of company norms. after 10 days i called back to ebay, and the company assured that you will get your money back within next 5 days. but till now money did not refunded in my freecharge wallet and company is keep ignoring my request.
    so i kindly request to you please help me to get my money refunded as soon as possible.because i west my valuable time in buying product from ebay 23 dec 2016 to till date.
