Complaint against Ebay regarding non-delivery

I purchased two items from ebay on 10.042016. But my payment was authorised on 13th after 2 times contacting customer care (conversation attached). As per their timeline it was mentioned that the item should be shipped within 3 days of payment receipt. I did not receive shipping details till 19th. Then I contacted customer care. They told it will be shipped(conversation attached). That evening I got a message that my items have been shipped with shipping ref code for both. But when I checked the shipping status, I noticed both the items have same ref no, though they were supposed to be shipped from different locations, one from Jaipur and one from Delhi(details attached). I checked the status and it showed ref no. does not exist. Then on 20th I contacted customer care and told to resolve. But nothing happened. So I claimed for refund. Still nothing happened
