I made a online purchased a apple i phone 5s on e bay india and after receiving the phone i see a crack on the screen glass and i have informed the ebay customer care regarding this and a claim id was raised for the same. when they have asked for images i have uploaded the images and the resolution given was i need to sent the phone back to the given adress by e bay and on January 16th. i have shipped the item back to the given adress by e bay and now they say that they have closed the case since the iteam is not shipped back and after repeated mails sent by me to e bay they responded to me that i have to check with seller and they are closing the case. i was been cheated for both with money and by product and when i first raised the claim i got a call from e bay department that seller is not responding so the amount of money for re shippment and phone cost would be refunded back to my account in 7 to 10 working days from the date of iteam deliverd after re shippment.
