I ordered a Mi power bank of rs 600 from Ebazar.ninja on 8th Feb, 2016… Order ID oid35386. After two weeks I wasn’t able to track my order neither had I received my order. I made a call on their support number numerous times but couldn’t reach them.. They would never pick up my calls. Then on 23rd Feb luckily my call got connected and they told me that the pincode I provided was unserviceable.. I took them 20 days to realize this and have I not have made that call they were least bothered to tell me about it

I requested for a cancellation and since 23rd Feb I haven’t received any refund..each week I call them they give a lame excuse that “your request has been forwarded to the senior authority and in 5-6 working days u ll receive the refund” ..

This is the worst site with the worst consumer support.. On asking them to connect the call to some higher authority they replied that the authorities are not available. I have written numerous emails..called them too many times
