I have ordered a mi 10400mh powerbank from the E-commerce site EBazar.Ninja, as the product was not in a good condition i asked for a refund and they agreed. After a span of time they initiated a reverse pickup(on 23rd march 2016) and the customer care said that they will evaluate the issue and if found genuine will initiate a refund. After several mails by me they sent a mail saying me to furnish my Bank Acc details, which i did(on april 4th 2016). I have not got my refund yet and they no more reply to my mails. They have a consumer number which is never available no matter how many times i tried.
