I have ordered a lipgloss set about 2 and half month ago on feb 15th 2015 from Elitify.com. After like 20 days i got a email from them saying that we cannot ship your item because it is unavailable.They send me a gift cars after many emails to them.So i was glad and then brought another gloss set on march 15 or 16th. Its been more than 45 days but still i got no delivery. And also the estimated time for delivery is from 14-21 days. They didn’t even shipped them? So i messaged then regarding my order. They said its because of non serviceability of my pincode. Huh? does it even matter? I have gotten a previous order from them in dec 2014. Is it even a cause? And i have got alot of international orders at my door step. Whatever i just have elitify now. But no reply from then. I am soo obsessed.Thats whats brings me here to the consumer forum. Hope ICF helps me!!!
