The compliant number logged nos 78566035 and 78455694 with Eureka Forbes call center. The call initially was for annual service as it had not been done. They came after follow up, technician called Dxxxk. While servicing broke the outer cover of the filter. He promised to return to replace it . After numerous call and complaints raised with the call center, they gave the number of a supervisor called Dxxxxxl. He too promised and promised to have it attended and have the part replaced. At last a person came to replace the broken part, with without adequate tools which caused the filter container to dangle from the wall and leak.

Now I am not getting any response from them. Calls are not being answered and the system continues to leak all over the kitchen. A plastic bag had to be tied over it to prevent water scattering all over.
I have put the issue on Facebook and the Forbes team responded with promises to look into the matter but still no action.
Request your intervention to resolve the matter we have had damages of Rs 8000/- because of this matter and more is likely to occur.
