Complaint against Fancyfab online shopping

I have ordered a product from Fancy Fab worth of Rs. 399.00. on February 21, 2018. My order ID is: #59088

I did not receive my order yet nor I am getting any status update from Fancy fab about dispatch etc. There is no any link in their website https://www.fencyfab.com/ to check my order status nor the contact number given in website is working.

I have also e-mailed them regarding delivery of my product to the e-mail id which i had received on confirmation of my order i.e . kid via aarzoo.webhostbox.net It returned me saying “Address not found”.

So, I have also sent the same e-mail to the only email id given in their website i.e, RETRUN.REQUEST@gmail.com. But, I did not receive any reply till today. Please help me to get my product soon or to refund my amount.
