I am using Fastway cable service in Baddi (H.P) Since last 15 days i am regular requesting fastway team to activate my choice pack but in spite of regular request fastway team has activated some channels but since yesterday cable operator has stopped my service Error 104 is coming on my screen . I have requested to fastway customer service & Nodal officer but till now my service has not activated. Kindly look into the matter & do needful. My Mac no is 08803934FC61.

Fast way Cable has stopped telecasting of famous Religious channels which are free to air otherwise for .e.g Disha, Shubh Vedic, thus depriving crores of Hindus to watch religious & cultural programmes.
Has tried calling and requesting them couple of times, but they are not ready to listen to it.
Fast way customer care service is very poor but their Nodel Officer is very nice person. or you can file complaint in TRAI (das[at]trai.gov.in )

I have been transferred from moga to bathinda (punjab) local cable guy demanding rs 200 for transfer fees . I mark mail to customer care of fastway is there policy of tranfer fees but they demand me last month bill which i provided them , now they are saying mark mail to concern department last 4 days no reply and my services barred

I am having a ultra 4k TV connection of Fastway with wi fi of 100mbps speed for the last one year. My VC No. is 42xxxxxxx09. I am paying fixed monthly charges of Rs. 943 per month for the above connection. When the connection was given channels of NDTV both Hindi and English and Times Now both and Hindi and English were given on HD. But a few months back NDTV channels were withdrawn and now since last week Times Now channels have been withdrawn. Fastway cable company was contacted in this regards and a complaint was also lodged to the company but no remedial action has been taken. This is totally against the promise given earlier at the time of giving connection. You are requested to kindly direct the fastway cables to restore the above channels on my connection immediately.
