Complaint against First Flight for lost shipment

The complaint is regarding First Flight Couriers Ltd. I booked a shipment on 23 September 2017, tracking Id P991B0800606, from Bhopal to Ramgarh. The shipment was reached to destination hub on 27 September 2017 and on 28 September 2017 the status was showing delivered but till today 2 October 2017 the shipment is not yet delivered.
Tried to contact customer care no. 02239576666 several times no one is picking up the call. Tried to contact the destination branch office 06553223697, 06553223697 nos provided are not contactable. Already sent emails to ffcl[@]firstflight.net, but no reply till date.
