Complaint against fitnessworld.in for non-delivery

I had placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model(model-2569) from fitnessworld.in (Order number: #6416) on 10/11/2014 and as cash-on-delivary option was not there I had to deposit the money (through CC Avenue payment gateway) when placing the order. The website guarantees that they ship the order within 48/72 hours and they also has 14-days money back policy.

But my bad experience had started after placing the order. After 48 hours when I had checked the order on fitnessworld website, it was not shipped. So I had called their customer care numbers (+91-7307301146 / +91-9041424343), either the numbers are switched off or no-one is bother to pick the call. So I had dropped a mail regarding this to their customer care(info@fitnessworld.in & support@fitnessworld.in). Next day I had got the reply from the vendor Nxxn Kxxxxl (Wx-18 Basti Nau, oppo GNDU college, Jalandhar city 144002, Punjab, India | Office: 0181-5005171 / 5005007 | Mb: +91-9888262752 | Email: friendssales171@gmail.com / www.friendstrading.in) that, it will be shipped next day 14/11/2014. But still the item was not shipped next day. I had to mail the vendor but got no reply. Finally on next Monday(17/11/2014) the status of the shipment was changed to shipped by BLUEDART COURIER, Way Bill Number-50304834952.
But my sufferings were not over yet. As I had checked with the courier partner BlueDart and they had confirmed that there were no shipment with that mentioned Way-Bill-number.

After that I had send multiple mails to vendor about the issue, but not ever got any reply. No one attended my call when I call the customer care number of fitnessworld.in . But luckily I had got the mobile number of the vendor. After dialing his number number of times once he picked the call and told, “He is not in offfice now and will call me after reaching office”. But after 2-3 hours I had not got any call from him. So i had dialed him but he didn’t pick. I had also send him SMS but no response from his side. On Thrusday(20/11/2014) he picked the call and informed that the WAYBILL number will be updated on system within 24 hours. But still it’s showing invalid by BlueDart.

I could contact with their customer care on 24/11/2014 and she told me that waybill number will be updated on BlueDart’s system within 24 hours. Next day I also got the same info from customer care. But I couldn’t contact the company’s customer care after 13:00 IST ever.
Today is 25/11/2014 means 15 days after I had placed the order. But still I don’t know whether I will get the item I had ordered or at least get my money back. The most frustrating part is that, I didn’t get any proper response from the vendor ever.

I want my money back as the website(fitnessworld.in) is cheating the customers by saying, “Order shipped within 48 hours and 14-days money back policy”.

    Fitnessworld and the customer confirms delivery of order. The matter is resolved and stands closed.
