I have ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September 2014 11:06 PM, Order ID: OD000748507547974400 (1 Item). I have received the product on 16th September,2014 03:34 PM and paid Cash-On-Delivery Rs.249. After opening the parcel I check that there is only one flip cover, the product is most worst quality and the flip cover is partly broken. Then and there I called Flipkart customer care at 18004201111 and they initiated the Refund (Return ID: 7668002), also they have taken my bank details to refund my money. Pick-up trackingID: FMPR1448147353.
But on Friday, 19th September when courier person came to pick-up the product he asked for two products (1 Flip Cover and 1 Screen Guard). But I have received only 1 item, the Flip Cover. I said that to the courier person but he refused to pick-up the product. So I again called Flipkart customer care on same day then and there and told the problem. They again took the complaint (Complaint no- 23767828). On Monday, 22 september a Flipkart executive called me and told that courier person will pick-up the product by that day. But till now no courier person has came/called to pick-up the product.
I have called customer care several times regarding the return of the product and they are saying that courier person will come today to pick-up the product. But till now no response from flipkart. Again today morning I called flipkart customer care regarding the return of the faulty product and refund of my money, talked to Ms. Axxxxa and she told that Refund can not be possible because 10 days has been left out. So whose fault it is? Have I not reported the problem within time? If Flipkart customer care can not resolve the problem then what can I do? It is my earnest request to you please help me to get the refund of the faulty product.
